We were moved to the newer section of Tropicana after having a really bad experience in the older section. I won't go back into what all happened to cause our move, but you can read about it in my older review listed here
We woke up today with a different view this morning. We had spent the previous night moving and trying to put most of what we moved over away. We are now located on the second floor, of the new building, and now we had a very small patio to sit at.
The rooms are amazing compared to the older rooms. It was almost the same set up, but it felt like they opened it up a little. The kitchen was about the same, but the refrigerator was now move up against the wall providing more room at the entrance. The living room now had a small section with carpet in it and the bedroom also had carpet. Everything was nicely decorated and fresh. Then there was the bathroom. All I could say was WOW! It was amazing. They have removed the bathtubs and installed a walk-in shower with nothing but tile and glass. No doors. There was a huge shower head and it was amazing. I would say this was one of the best improvements yet.

If we were to come back to Aruba and stay in the Tropicana, we would definitely have to stay in one of these remodeled rooms. They are so beautiful.
For pictures of the grounds and amenities, you can check my review of the first review that I did of the older rooms.
